Cuota 481 Directive

Cuota 481 is a directive from the EU, to allow imports from certain, previously approved countries, of superior cuts of high quality beef. A premium is paid from Europe for this beef that comes from animals with certain characteristics. Argentina is one of the few countries approved to be part of this directive.

As the economies of Countries around the world grow they are now starting to quote the Criteria of Cuota 481 as their own requirements also, for imports. This is making the beef that we produce more sought after.
